Terms of Service

Effective date: October 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all quotes, orders, and services provided by Garment Graffiti, operated by Martech BI (“Garment Graffiti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and to your use of garmentg.com. By requesting a quote, approving a proof, placing an order, or paying a deposit or invoice, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date issued.
• Quotes are based on the garments, quantities, print locations, and artwork described at the time of quoting. Changes to any of these may change the price.
• If a supplier raises garment costs after you accept a quote, we honor the quoted price for that order. Future orders and reorders are priced at current costs.
• Prices do not include sales tax, which is added where required.

Payment

• New business customers: a 50% deposit is required before we order garments or begin production. The balance is due at pickup or delivery.
• Established accounts: customers approved for account terms are invoiced Net 15 from the invoice date.
• Online store orders: payment in full is required at checkout.
• We may hold orders, pause production, or suspend account terms if invoices are past due.

Artwork and Proofs

• Every order receives a digital proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it in writing, by email or through our client tools.
• Each order includes two rounds of proof revisions at no charge. Additional revisions are billed at our art rates, which we will quote before starting the work.
• Review your proof carefully. Once you approve a proof, you are responsible for its spelling, content, colors, sizing, and placement. Errors in an approved proof are not defects and are not eligible for a reprint or refund.
• Colors on screens and proofs are approximate. Final print color can vary based on garment fabric, garment color, and print method.
• Artwork preparation, vector cleanup, and design work are charged as described on our Services page.

Artwork Ownership and Rights

• You keep ownership of your logos, trademarks, and the original artwork you provide. You give us permission to use them to quote, proof, and produce your orders.
• You confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce all artwork, logos, names, and designs you submit. You agree to hold Garment Graffiti harmless from any claim that an order infringes someone else’s rights. We may refuse any order we believe infringes a trademark or copyright, or that we consider offensive.
• Production files we create, including vector redraws, cleaned up artwork, print files, and transfer layouts, remain the property of Garment Graffiti. We keep them on file for your reorders. If you paid for design services on a project, you may receive the final files for that project.

Garments and Substitutions

• Garments are ordered from third-party suppliers after your proof is approved and any deposit is received. Garment sizing and fit follow the manufacturer’s specifications.
• If a garment, color, or size becomes unavailable or is discontinued, we will notify you and recommend a comparable replacement before substituting anything.

Customer-Supplied Garments

We will print on garments you supply, but we are not responsible for damage to customer-supplied garments during printing or pressing. Some fabrics react unpredictably to heat or ink. Please supply extra pieces to allow for testing and spoilage.

Turnaround

• Typical turnaround is about one week from proof approval and receipt of any deposit. Specialty garments that ship from distant suppliers can take longer. We will give you an estimated date with your order.
• Rush service with a 72-hour turnaround may be available for an additional fee, quoted in advance.
• Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by supplier stock issues, carriers, late artwork or proof approvals, or other events outside our control.

Pickup and Delivery

• Completed orders are picked up at the front desk of 8965 El Camino Real, Atascadero, CA 93422, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. We will notify you when your order is ready.
• We do not accept walk-in visits. Meetings are by appointment only.
• If we ship an order at your request, shipping costs are your responsibility, and risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Changes and Cancellations

• You may cancel at no charge before garments are ordered, except for any artwork or design work already completed, which will be billed.
• After garments are ordered, you are responsible for the cost of any garments that cannot be returned to the supplier. Some garments are non-returnable once ordered.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun. At our discretion, we may stop production and charge only for items already printed plus any non-returnable garments.

Defects, Reprints, and Refunds

• Because every order is custom, printed items are not returnable or exchangeable except for defects.
• If an item has a printing defect, such as a misprint, incorrect placement compared to the approved proof, or a print that fails under normal care, notify us within 30 days of pickup or delivery. Please include photos and keep the affected items.
• For confirmed defects, we will reprint the affected items or refund their cost, at our option. Our responsibility is limited to the affected items.
• Not covered: errors in an approved proof, normal color variation, garment sizing or fit, damage from washing or care that does not follow the care instructions, and issues caused by the quality of artwork you supplied after we advised you of it.

Team and Organization Stores

Items purchased through a team, school, or organization store are made to order. All store sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, including for size, except for printing defects reported as described above. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Garment Care

To get the longest life from your prints, wash garments inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low or hang dry, and do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or event-related losses caused by a delay or defect.

Website Use

Content on garmentg.com, including text, images, and design, belongs to Garment Graffiti or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you approve a quote or place an order applies to that order.
