Garment Graffiti, operated by Martech BI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is a custom apparel printing business in Atascadero, California. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through garmentg.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, the type of garments you need, estimated quantity, and project details. If you send us artwork or logo files, we keep those files to produce your order. If you place an order through an online store on the Site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and order details. Payment card information is entered into and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies, described below.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to quote requests and questions
- To prepare proofs, produce, and fulfill your orders, including reorders
- To send order confirmations, pickup notices, invoices, and other service messages
- To understand how visitors use the Site and improve it
- To protect the Site against spam, fraud, and security threats

Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure traffic, and remember information about your visit. Specifically:

- HubSpot, to manage our customer relationships. HubSpot cookies track visits to the Site and connect them to the contact information you submit in a form.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, to confirm that form submissions come from a person and not an automated program.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work properly.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run the business and the Site, including website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management (HubSpot), analytics (Google), security and spam protection (Cloudflare), payment processing, and apparel suppliers who fulfill blank garment orders. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Your organization. If you order through a program set up by your employer, school, team, or other organization, we may share order status and order details with that organization’s program contact.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Garment Graffiti, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, personal information may transfer to the new owner, subject to this Policy.
Your Artwork
Logos and artwork you send us are used only to quote, proof, and produce your orders. We keep them on file so reorders can be fulfilled without resubmitting files. We do not use your artwork for any other purpose, and we do not display it in our portfolio without your permission.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, support reorders, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and firewall protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Orders for school and youth team apparel are placed by parents, guardians, or organization staff. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. You may unsubscribe from any marketing email by using the link in the message. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will respond to requests as those laws require. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
California residents. Under California law, you may request information about whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no common standard for responding to these signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them.
Links to Other Websites
The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as supplier or social media pages. This Policy does not apply to those websites. Review their privacy policies before providing them information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the Site.
